Payment Information
We accept paypal, Cashier’s check or Money Orders. No personal checks please.

Sales Tax
If you are an Ohio resident the local sales tax for your county will be charged at checkout. No sales tax will be charged for any other state or country.

Shipping Information

  • US orders will be shipped Priority Mail. Insurance included in shipping costs.
  • If you are in a rush, you may choose Overnight Mail and we will ship next day.
  • Shipping Costs: Priority Mail $5.50  Overnight $10.00
  • Shipping is Free for orders over $100.00
  • We will ship your items same day or next day depending on the time of day the order was received.
  • We will email you a tracking number.

International Orders

  • All orders will be shipped Global Priority Mail if available or Airmail parcel post otherwise.
  • Shipping cost is *$11.00: Free for orders over $150.00
  • We will ship items same day or next day depending on the time the order was received.
  • We will email you a tracking number.
  • Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the actual purchase price in USD listed. No exceptions to this policy.

We stand behind the workmanship and quality of the jewelry we sell 100%. Please contact us if the item was not what you expected. It is our goal to satisfy all our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please give us a chance to make you happy.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first by email prior to returning your item, so we can make arrangements to receive your return.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • All repairs done at no charge.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can either replace the item or offer a credit for another purchase.
  • Returned items must be received in the same condition that they were sent to you, with all tags and accompanied packaging.
  • You MUST purchase delivery confirmation when returning any item. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the postal system.
  • If your package was damaged in shipping, contact us immediately and keep all packaging in exactly the condition it was received.

Resizing and Custom Orders
Please understand that depending on the availability of materials used, the exact item you specify may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We do happily accept custom orders. Note that custom orders will not be subject to any promotions currently running. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the availability of materials and complexity of the piece.

A deposit of 50% of the cost of the item will be required for a custom order with the remainder due upon completion of the order prior to shipping. Photographs of the piece will be sent via email with a final invoice which is payable within 5 days. All shipping and return policies are the same on custom orders.
